Hotel Santa Maria - Cancun

Nice place with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me return forgotten belongings, and they promptly replaced a non-working fridge. I'll definitely be back for Christmas!

the hotel provided great prices. the place was clean with private parking and a comfortable bed. its location was awesome, just next door to mini shops, the ado bus station and the port. the food was local and we thoroughly enjoyed the variety.

the hotel has a beautiful view with lush plants everywhere. no hot water during entire stay.

Convenient place overall, it is clean, location is favourable and amazing to enjoy with in walking distance to everything. Very amiable staff ensures you spend a SUCH GREAT time here.

If you're a foodie, you'll love the nearby Tortas Brava with its killer sandwiches and the tantalizing dishes at Restaurante Flor De Lis. The staff was super helpful, especially when I had issues with my fridge. They responded quickly! I also enjoyed a chill vibe in the vibrant garden area-perfect for winding down after a day of culinary exploration.

A bit of a scare when I was mugged just two blocks away.

The location of the hotel was awesome - at a moderate distance from a paved city park. The property was placed within 12 miles of the airport. Throughout the day staff were helpful and amicable.

The resort was great value. The location was very close to a bus stop, easy for getting around Cancun. It's located off the beaten track. Continental breakfast had a good selection.

Solo travelers beware

I asked for a room with a fridge and microwave ahead of time but they did not provide one. The staff did not understand my complaints much , which just added to the frustration.

It wasn't inexpensive , but the issues made it hard to justify the cost.

Not the most secure area nearby!!! No water available for purchase at the hotel or close by!!! Plumbing could use immediate repairs to prevent water running issues!!!

I had a fantastic time at the hotel, especially enjoying the clean and cozy Double Room as well as the quick response to a small fridge issue. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing, and the garden area provided a lovely spot to unwind. Just a minor note, the shower temperature fluctuated a bit, but it didn't ruin my stay! 😊

The staff at Hotel Santa Maria were friendly, really making my stay nice with their hospitality. The location is ideal, surrounded by great local food options. The cleanliness was excellent. I particularly appreciated the free wi-fi in public areas. It made planning my days so much easier!
